Here's my system: I dump everything into a simple list and mark what actually matters right now. Everything else waits. I block my day into chunks - research gets my best hours, usually mornings. Tech stuff? I ignore the fancy new tools unless they'll save me hours. I use basic automation for the boring stuff. When things get crazy, I cancel meetings that aren't absolutely necessary.
