I never get burn out or if I feel like burn out I see social media. Even now I am capable of guiding 5 research scholars and they will finish in 3 years time. Anyway but I am first searching good job. I am happy that I get my pension to be safe. I agree to delegating tasks to competent persons. That helps a lot. Regular breaks must be taken to avoid burnout. If a person works seriously for his regular timings, he will be completing his task. Short tea breaks must be taken. I used to eat ice cream with my team members and this eating ice cream during break helped me a lot. I had never been rotating in the inner orbit of the bosses so I never got any trusted extra works from the bosses. I have worked with two toxic bosses.

Regular breaks are key; I call them “engine cooldowns,” and they keep my gears from overheating. And when things pile up, I’m not shy about sharing the load with my team. After all, a well-oiled machine is built on teamwork, not burnout.
