When I show calmness and keep moving forward, it helps my team stay engaged and positive. 2.Communicate , communicate, communicate! clearly and consistently, share updates, changes, and what’s expected of them. 3. Chaos can sometimes make people feel isolated. Encourage teamwork and collaboration to keep everyone connected and engaged. Bring them together for a briefing/debriefing. 4. Set goals and celebrate small wins, even in the middle of chaos. Acknowledging progress, no matter how small, keeps motivation up. Above all, don't forget to offer support, whether emotional or practical, which makes a big difference and builds trust!
