Take A Mini Break- Be Silent- Just Breathe Focused, Mindful Breathing Is The Ultimate Powerful Tool To Stay in the Present Moment. When You Practice Mindfulness, you disengage from whatever might be distracting you. Instead of focusing on the things fighting for your attention, you remain in the present moment. Your focus will solely be on your breathing, how your body feels, the things you hear, smell & feel around you Pay attention. It's hard to slow down & notice things in a busy world. Live in the moment. Try to intentionally bring open, accepting & discerning attention to everything you do. Accept yourself. Mindfulness is pretty much important to have a focus on the task. To reduce distractions, I follow the Free To Focus practices mentioned by renowned writer Michael Hyatt. Stop, Cut, Eliminate distractions, set boundaries, automate repetitive tasks, and Focus on most important tasks.

In my experience it is best to keep all of the gadgets away for atleast an hour in the day. Start the day with some form of an exercise, this helps lower stress levels. Staying organised and planned throughout the day helps (ofcourse with some amount of flexibility and changes to this schedule). I would also utilise my concentration span to the best and then take a small break to refresh and restart.

This systematic technique guarantees that you remain focused and productive while managing distractions with calm and clarity.
