Setting boundaries between personal and work life is a very important concept but it's not usually something so easy for a young Innovators. We usually feel overwhelmed and somehow forget to draw the line. However, it's very important to set boundaries. I'm not an expert in doing so yet, I must confess. A leader who can't delegate and trust his team members won't build sustainable solutions and will always experience unnecessary burn-out. I'll also advise setting timelines for tasks and time allocation for rest. Your health is very important.
