Prioritize Calls by Urgency: Implement a system to triage calls based on urgency, ensuring critical issues are addressed first. Automated call routing or an IVR (interactive voice response) system can help direct urgent inquiries to available agents, while less time-sensitive calls can be queued. Use Call-Back Options: Offering clients the option of a scheduled call-back instead of waiting in line is a great way to manage high volumes. This reduces wait times for customers and allows agents to manage their workload more effectively. Utilize Self-Service Options: For common questions or simple issues, having a knowledge base, FAQ page, or chatbot available can help clients find answers quickly.

When things get hectic with calls, just keep your answers simple and straight to the point. Focus on what's urgent first and use quick responses for the usual questions. It’s important to stay chill and really listen so customers feel appreciated, even if the call is brief. If needed, you can suggest following up by email or chat to save time while still giving quality support.
