Si tu cliente está en el centro, el procedimiento ha de ser: 1) Entender qué es lo que tu cliente o prospecto valora. 2) Dedicar los esfuerzos a los puntos más relevantes para obtener un producto final que se adecúe de manera significativa a lo que tu cliente valora. Así, si tu cliente objetivo valora las certificaciones ecológicas, pues has de centrarte en ello, o si valora la automatización de las instalaciones... Evidentemente, si el edificio tiene deficiencias técnicas de seguridad (Estructuras, evacuación...) han de solventarse antes que nada y de manera completa. A partir de ahí, centrarse en los aspectos que tu cliente más valore, y gastar en aquello que vaya a tener relevancia para lograrlo.
