It is always best that all items necessary to complete a project must be listed down in a bill of quantities. Preliminaries must also be inclusive of possible contingencies for worse case scenarios. No seguir multas puede inclusive evitar recibir permisos de funcionamiento/habitabilidad del proyecto ejecutado, por lo que es mejor estar al tanto de todo lo que se debe seguir antes que lamentarse por los gastos adicionales que conlleva el tener que solventar la falta de adherencia a estos códigos

However, considering, speed, quality of end product & enhanced safety features, adaptability of new construction techniques will prove beneficial.
