To ensure equal opportunities in community sports: 1. Fix lower fees for those who have a lower income 2. Have equipment borrowing services 3. Offer transportation services 4. For All Abilities and Backgrounds 5. Switch practice sessions and/or game locations 6. Provide communication in plural for getting publicize 7. Hold skills clinics for such groups The activities to be featured in the grant request should be African oriented where possible Although it is important to be as culturally relevant as possible when determining the grants activities to include African orientation should take precedence where possible. 8. Organisations working with schools and commuity centers can be contacted for outreach

Above all, listen to people. Depending on the project you are running, adapt your activities and those of your team to the group being addressed. If you are in charge of a local sports club in a rural area - research the needs, invest and take care of the areas needed for these people, e.g. children playing in a football school (e.g. a pitch with artificial turf instead of natural grass that gets wet in the rainy months). By adjusting actions to the needs you will always be a good manager, and vice versa - if politics and other issues get involved it will be bad for the local community.
