Choosing a cloud sharing platform is one of the easiest options and the security component can be improved by putting a timeframe for everyone who is interested in downloading content.

As a Conference Organizer, I will share the photos with attendees like this: 1. First I will copy all the photos to my Laptop. 2. I will create Main Folder name as Conference Name i.e., Artificial Intelligence Conference 2024. 3. In Conference Folder, I will Sub Folders for every Speaker & Attendees with their names so that it will be easy for them instead of checking entire folder. 3. Then I will Zip the whole File and share with their respective mail ID's. Lastly, Lunch Break & Group Photos also will be available with Name as "Lunch Break" & Group Photos. After sharing with them, I will inform them because they will be eagerly waiting for it to submit it for their university. Thank you..

An ideal situation would be on your own website as this drives more traffic to your organisations content. However not all organisers have that capability, and so a cloud sharing service has worked very well in the past for me.

Le plus simple est d'adresser un lien unique aux participants, vers un stockage en ligne mettant à disposition les images dans plusieurs résolutions et incluant un fichier texte avec les crédits et mentions obligatoires. Dans le cas où l'usage de ces visuels est réservé à un public spécifique, l'accès peut être contr?lé via l'utilisation d'un mot de passe.

A shared drive or cloud is the best way to share photos. That way everyone who needs them has access. Also, let us not forget to backup all material.

Une stratégie intéressante c'est en effet de "rendre à César ce qui appartient à César". Si votre audience vous partage ses photos de votre événement c'est déjà gagné : vous avez crée l'adhésion. Personalmente estoy de acuerdo con la manera tradicional de compatir fotos/vídeos del evento, que es la siguiente: Antes del evento (atrae la atención del público al que va dirigido) y después del evento (da cuenta del éxito del evento y sienta un precedente respecto a qué esperar). Al momento, probablemente para los asistentes la atención se puede perder; a menos, claro, que se trate de un evento prioritariamente virtual.

Important to include a consent form before the event for the pictures so that everyone knows they can be photographed at anytime during the event.

I am not an expert in this. However, we upload the photos to google drive and share the link to the registered participants the next day

In the case of medical science conferences or presentations. My previous collaborators have given very good ideas and general guidelines. Some additional points I would highlight here are: A) Always remember to place at least if no time to mention it, your COI* disclaimer. B) if the slides are not of your own property always ask for the due licenses or permissions and do citations and quotations very properly . If copyright is involved take care of the correspondant procedures and even payments. C)In order to prevent manipulation of all data in general I prefer to use PDF files with tracking options. D) last but not least, always proceed according to current national and international ICH and Citation rules for peer reviewed journals.

Sería interesante, aunque no sé qué tan factible respecto a ciertas plataformas, implementar la opción de a?adir una sección especial para que los asistentes a?adan fotos brindando comentarios del evento. Que formen, una vez aprobadas, parte del álbum de la empresa.

As we see conference name and website remain same for all years, only venue changes. -- Consider one certain domain for the conference -- Create a dedicated link for the previous conferences in that same page at the bottom or somewhere else -- Keep all the photos (form of cloud storage) and all relevant informations in the link -- User ID may be their registered email and DOB -- In that way, one can manage all things systematically and need not to be worried much about it
