Customer doesn’t want to listen to you, unless your solution address their pain point. Make sure you talk more about how your solution can address their problem rather than sharing all the extra ordinary features that you had developed. As they were not interested to buy those features which doesn’t align with their requirements or address any of their challenges. Focus on their pain points.
-
Keep everything connected to the client. Don't use the same pitch and demo for every meeting. Change it up and customize to each company. This will show them that you actually care.

Understand Customer Needs Start by deeply understanding your customer's specific needs, challenges, and desired outcomes. Tailor the demo/trial experience directly to those needs. You come out, and you think you have a market-ready product. Then you discover that you really don't...we iteratively worked on pilots and trials with customers and learned the full extent of customers' requirements. Focus on Value Delivery Ensure the demo/trial clearly articulates and delivers on the specific value proposition for that customer. Underrepresented value compared to competitors was a major determinant of losing deals.

To create impactful demos and trials, it's crucial to blend technology with human connection. Drawing from my experience as a marketing agency CEO turned software entrepreneur, here are some actionable tips: 1. Personalization: Tailor your demo to address the specific pain points of your audience. Use data to highlight how your solution directly impacts their business. 2. Engagement: Incorporate interactive elements, such as live Q&A sessions or hands-on trials, to foster a two-way conversation. This not only showcases your product but also builds relationships. 3. Leverage AI: Utilize AI tools to analyze user behavior during trials. This data can inform follow-ups and refine your approach, ensuring you address any lingering concerns.

We need to focus on making each interaction highly relevant and impactful. 1. Customise demos to address specific pain points & demonstrate practical solutions. 2. Concentrate on features that set your product apart & add value for the customer. 3. Demonstrate how the software solves problems in scenarios relevant to the client. 4. Engage with Interactive Elements. Allow clients to test features firsthand during trials. 5. Keep demos clear & concise, avoiding excessive detail 6. Provide clear next steps.Following the demo, provide a roadmap outlining how they can implement the solution. 7. Gather insights after the demo to answer remaining questions and improve future sessions. We need to support every step of their decision-making process.
