From the design POV, the main goal is to keep accessibility and aesthetics at the top of mind for the user's side – especially if there was a test group during the low-fi stages. But on the dev side, their main goal is to make sure that all operations function accordingly given the parameters of the design – but sometimes, things just can't be done with the limited technology that is being used. Being able to adjust certain approaches, being open to change and also being a great communicator is essential to getting over this hurdle. And lastly, PIVOT! When something's just not vibing, this could be a sign to change.
