I find it useful to go back to the beginning, and review whether we have consensus on the goal, the intent, and then dive into our hypothesis/results/interpretation.

En primer lugar, conversar con mi colega sobre los criterios de analisis de los datos que utilizó cada uno. Es necesario conocer el enfoque dado a la información de cada uno. Luego y si se me hace necesario proponer el cambio, entonces planteo mis argumentos con este fin. Es necesario que mi colega entienda que no se trata de negar sus conocimientos sino de cambiar el punto de vista. Al final lo necesario es que ambos lleguemos a un punto común y que sea beneficio para el uso final de la información generada mediante el análisis. Es importante tener claro el objetivo de los datos y por ende, los resultados correspondientes que debemos obtener
