I offer different options that balance their vision with what I know works well. This approach builds trust, helps us align, and usually leads to a successful outcome.

I’ve found it’s always best to start with ‘why?’. I ask what their end goal is and what 100% success would look like. Once we’ve established that, and we are all clear on what we’re trying to achieve, the rest falls in to place. Using facts and analytics, we can then chart the best path forward. I’m always amazed how many times organizations get stuck9 tactics and lose sight of the end goal.
