Always as not only a network security engineer even as normal security person he should be always be aware of the new security threats. Because today the system will be more secure but tomorrow or next few hours it might be vulnerable for any zero day or might be vulnerable to attack. Always be update to date on security aspect. It might help the organization to be secured and more effective ??????
