It will be helpful in all communications if -the initial exchange states the physical location (city, country) for each and then gives both the date and time in both locations (and you may want to add the number of hours' difference as a reminder) -you refer to the date and timing AND the time zone in subsequent communications. -you also clearly describe the communications method that will be used (even if that info is already in a calendar appointment) -both parties provide instructions and/or a What-If number (mobile or WhatsApp number) in case there is a delay or problem getting onto a meeting or if one party loses electricity/internet unexpectedly.

The scheduling of the interviews for the different time zones varies company to person, culture to values and empathy. I always advice my clients to make sure first ask the availability of the other party (company) and suggest yours too to make things work our mutually. Always confirm well and check prior to the dates of interview about each other availability. Life happens so make sure you all are aware of presence for the interview. Keep in loop and stay connected to the concern person for the interview and I wish you the best.

Clearly communicate the final date and time in both time zones in your follow-up message. Consider providing a scheduling link with a time zone converter, so the interviewer can choose their preferred time. Setting reminders ensures you stay on track and ready for the interview.
