Identifier les faits et les émotions impliquées. Ensuite Choisir le bon moment pour discuter en privé, lorsqu'on se sent plus calmes et disponibles. Le moment venu, il faut décrire le problème de manière objective et concrète, sans généraliser, juger ou dramatiser. Lui Laisser le temps de s’exprimer et d'écouter attentivement ses perspectives et sentiments. Trouver enfin un compromis qui satisfait les deux parties tout en gardant un ton respectueux et ouvert tout au long de la conversation pour éviter de créer des tensions supplémentaires.
