En mi experiencia se debe de: -Alinear los objetivos primero con el equipo directivo basado en los pilares estratégicos de corto, mediano y largo plazo, siempre bajo una visión de aspiración o ambición. -Identificar las prioridades por departamento para dichos objetivos, debe de ser máximo 3. -Discutir y alinear entre departamentos las prioridades. -Bajar dichos objetivos a equipos gerenciales, y consecuentemente a todos los colaboradores mediante un plan de comunicación interna tipo story telling para afianzar los objetivos en la organización.
