I have the best way to measure success is by looking at the key performance indicators. Examples include patient volume, total charges, and collections. If the venture continues to grow these metrics (i.e. 5-10%) is a good amount of growth year over year for a new venture.

How many physicians are on boarded weekly ? How many more are on-boarded by those already a part of what you are doing ? Physicians trust each other (for most part), identifying who the key opinion leaders/influencers are that will advocate for your venture is an important metric to monitor
