Most of the time we assume a lot and that creates a huge gap of understanding. - Knowing what they call as an end result. Different cultures mean different way of getting the same thing done. Hence knowing what their definition of end results is will help bridge the gap across diverse client base. - Lastly using the words they use (the local words of their indistry or place) rather than the technicals or jargons help clear as many bridges, cultures, barriers as there are.
