This transparency builds trust and ensures everyone is on the same page. Two ways I have done this: 1) Making sure to provide Weekly Statuses by hold regular meetings where team members can provide updates on their progress, discuss any roadblocks, and align on upcoming tasks 2) creating a Project Dashboard that provides real-time updates on project status. These dashboards should be accessible to all team members and stakeholders.
