This involves a teacher-student relationship where ideas and concepts are taught, questions are asked, answers are provided, and then the student practices what they have learned in a trial and error process... The relationship dynamic continues for as long as they are together and the knowledge gain and neurons get stronger with each application of the new ideas. In time, the student develops his/own adaptive responses to changes in the process that always come yet the original "thinking template" is what helps galvanize the students' thinking and actions and what is built upon and sustains resilience...

No one likes a problem child, A solution giver is the dear one : Remember when working on any project in school and hitting a hurdle, the one student who offered a solution wad the shining star, others either followers or indifferent passengers. The latter were treated as such. In careers, our problem oriented or solution-based approach made us the dear or indifferent one. Forecast, plan for contingencies, rehearse working around scenarios and lastly be always agile and prepared. The moment there is a snag, offer multiple options to proceed with data(previous or hypothetical).

Pienso, de forma muy personal, que tener un impacto memorable suena muy personal cuando en general las actividades humanas requieren equipos, son su interacción las que generan soluciones. Estoy de acuerdo en parte de lo que menciona este item pero lo que dejaría muy destacado es que las soluciones ofrecidas deben ser informadas y responsables, no deberían ser un salto sin argumentos sólidos. Principalmente bien informadas con aquellos temas en los que se requiere más experiencia, trabajar en equipo en el desarrollo de soluciones con otras habilidades en el equipo es ideal para presentar soluciones que sean adecuadas. También escuchando a otros con más experiencia se puede rápidamente saber si sé esta en el rango de ofrecer una solución.

Los problemas son oportunidades de crecimiento y creación o co-creacion de conocimiento/valor. En los equipos y en donde nos encontremos realizando cualquier acción y debamos afrontar problemas, ofrecer potenciales soluciones siempre será el primer paso en el desarrollo de soluciones. La humildad y disposición crearán un ambiente muy propicio para experiencias memorables.

La co-creacion es un proceso muy enriquecedor. La sinergia de experiencias crea más valor y conocimiento que la suma de los conocimientos aislados. Colaborar desde tus experiencias previas, métodos personales, pasiones y conocimientos, generará crecimiento en las personas involucradas en el equipo. El equipo crece y fortalece sus capacidades. I’m a big fan of collaboration and teamwork. Most times when you work together to solve a problem, you get to view other peoples thought process and get one or two insights. Often times there is this “aha” moment when your ideas collide. And that’s the beautiful thing about collaboration. it’s also a way of building your thought process.

Desde mi experiencia, la reflexión es una herramienta poderosa, sin embargo, el fracaso desde mi punto de vista es más profesor que el propio exito. Charles Dickens, escritor de la era victoriana ya lo decia mediante la frase "Cada fracaso le ense?a al hombre algo que necesitaba aprender". Solo de este punto existe un crecimiento personal y autoconciencia. Si presentamos algo creativo, involucrados, colaborando con otros, teniendo buenos argumentos y fracasamos nos dará espacio para reflexionar y probablemente mejorar en nuestras futuras intervenciones. Solo no perder de vista que la vida es una experiencia, no hay que pensar que todo esta perdido, solo es un pelda?o de una larga escalera.

Totalmente de acuerdo, la reflexión y el fracaso son grandes maestros. El fracaso nos obliga a detenernos, analizar y aprender, ofreciendo lecciones que el éxito no siempre brinda. Reflexionar sobre estos momentos nos permite identificar áreas de mejora y avanzar con mayor claridad. Pero la reflexión no solo debe aplicarse al fracaso; también es clave cuando tenemos éxito. While feedback often feels like criticism, it will be invaluable to your creative process to differentiate the two. Approach getting comments/feedback with neutrality and also you can be specific with what feedback you'd like to receive. Setting up context is also helpful so you can get feedback you can incorporate as well.

Recibir la retroalimentación del equipo y miembros externos es clave. Sólo así conseguimos puntos de vistas y perspectivas que no podemos experimentar en nuestro rol, aquello permite adoptar y considerar aspectos que sólo enriquecerán tu proceso creativo en la resolución de problemas.

I’d say the key is ; just be open minded. This will help you in handling criticism and boost your chances of improving. Often times, we may think we’re on the right path, but asking questions from mentors and colleagues helps to enhance our creativity.

Always ask for a feedback, but from people or colleagues, whose work you appreciate and trust and even better if they’re not your friends. And never take it personally, feedbacks not describe who you are, they need to improve your work abilities.

Este punto es definitivamente crucial desde mi experiencia. Si vamos a exponer una solución es primordial estar abierto a todo aquello que dentro de nuestra solución se escapa de nuestra habilidades y experiencia. Sin embargo, esta tarea no es fácil pues se puede pensar, principalmente en la juventud, que tenemos mucha claridad del problema cuando en realidad nos faltan partes para saber si es viable. Esto también sucede con gente mayor que también tiende a no aceptar nuevas perspectivas. Dejar al lado el ego ayuda mucho, no lo sabemos todo y la experiencia no surge solo en aulas sino que en todas partes. "Corrige al sabio y lo harás más sabio, corrige al necio y lo harás tu enemigo", la elección de cómo actuar frente al apoyo es el dilema.

To err is human, Be errorful, mischievous & steadfast: A linear approach towards work, no matter how methodical makes you a diligent member of the team but may not project you as the crisis manager or problem solver. Innovate, invigorate and infuse new ideas and energies, occasionally at the cost of being little revolutionary. Accept feedbacks positively, be open to corrections. Make change your differentiator and status-quo your enemy.
