In adding to the tools list below. my favourites are Ataccama and CluedIn. More importantly, to resolve conflicts, those who create the data own it, as they understand it best and know what good looks like. However, collaboration and an understanding of how the data is used must be required. Therefore policies and systems can only go so far. the final mile depends on people collaborating, sharing and wanting to support each other. People are as important in a data ecosystem as the technology. Where conflict continues, use conflict management skills to understand where the conflict is coming from, it may not be related to the data! Listening and discussing is the best way to resolve conflict. Good Luck!
