One thing I’ve found helpful is looking for the business value for each feature along with the opportunity cost for not having this feature… these two factors can prioritize the product needs for each request. Another exercise to add is to calculate the ICE score for each feature (Impact, Confidence and effort). Combining two practices, you can have a clear prioritization plan for each feature request.

In order to resolve the conflict between the stakeholders features, it's important to recognize that each feature has its own business value. It would be fair to prioritize one feature over the others only if its business value can be fairly compared. I recommend using a feature evaluation framework to compare the business value of each feature once implemented. The parameters used to calculate the business value score should be in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
