Um dos pontos que eu vejo de desalinhamento das áreas é o uso de base de contatos diferentes para as campanhas. A base de contatos/conex?es da área de vendas, muitas vezes é diferente da base de contatos do marketing que acaba recebendo os convites para eventos e e-mail marketing. Se os dois usassem as mesma base de contatos já resolveria muitos problemas.
