En los departamentos de ventas hay dos fuentes de conflictos, uno es el personal y otro deriva de procesos defectuosos o poco claros. Hay que sentarse a analizar las causas. Si la causa es personal hay que apoyarse en los departamentos de HR que tiene mas experiencia.
