- Right stakeholders should be added to a group and communication to be sent there. - Focal from sub groups to be identified for quick co-ordination and resolution. - Technical task force should be ready for quick resolution, with all hands on deck. For ex.,website slow or visibility issue could be due to application, middleware,Cloud or Network. Relevant focals should come together and engage respective stakeholders quickly. - Important is communication. The group should be updated- not individuals. Escalated support beyond the group should be sought after within timeout defined. - Its all together a process,technical,management effort.And out of such "tight deadlines", new and innovative menthods surface out!!May be worth of Patent too!!
