Project Charter: The project charter is key, really making sure the stakeholders and customers define upfront what problem they are trying to solve and the solution to solve it is very important. You also want to have folks sign-off on this as well as any supporting requirements. If possible, also work to baseline the project schedule and corresponding cost model. You basically want to package the entire effort and be able to say this is what we are going to deliver, this is how much it will cost and this is how long it will take.

To avoid scope creep: - It's essential to have a well-defined project scope from the start - Clearly outline deliverables, objectives, and timelines in a project plan, and ensure all stakeholders agree on these elements - Regularly communicate with the team and stakeholders to address any changes or new requests promptly - Use a change control process to assess the impact of any proposed changes on the project's budget, schedule, and resources, and get approvals before proceeding.

From my journey with clients i can say ?????? ???? ?????????????? ?????????? ?????????? ?????? ???????? ?????????????? ??????????????????: ?????? ?????????? ????????????????????????: Explain upfront that any added features will require more time and resources. ?????? ???????????????? ??????????: Allow clients to monitor updates, hours worked, and team progress in real-time. ?????????????????????? ??????????????: If extra features are requested, clearly explain the need for additional time and how it impacts the project timeline. ????????????????????????: Ensure clients understand the reasoning behind any additional time needed, ensuring they are satisfied with the process.

"Managing project feature requests can be challenging." To prevent scope creep and keep clients satisfied, establish a clear change control process and set boundaries for feature requests. Prioritize requests based on their impact and value. Communicate transparently with clients about the implications of changes on timelines and budgets. From my experience, involving clients in prioritization and decision-making helps manage expectations and maintain satisfaction
