Does it mean that they cannot be trusted? IF you do not trust your team you are already in trouble and your idea of using tools is to promote what exactly? Surveillance? if you do not trust your team what is the foundation for your team to trust you? [2] To prioritize productivity also means to promote suboptimization due to promotion of efficiency because otherwise you would prioritize RELEVANCE = Quality and Effectivity. Consider that the foundation for this article is lack of understanding of the subject and as a consequence the propositions are in not supporting promotion of professional excelllence or business excellence. On the contrary lack of understanding and naive use of these proposositions are more likely to sabotage any competitive advantage that you might have in your business. Unless you think that you do not need competent and highly skilled professional employees. Because if you do need them you should consider that is is important to support them in their problem solving activities instead of sabotage both their activity and motivation.
