As a manager I will prefer some specific ways to tailor sales training for frontline staff. - there should be soft skills sessions with proper evaluation. - there should be product based training sessions. - there should value based sales training sessions. - There should standard operating procedure training sessions for maintaining harmony in retail system. - there should be time to time market information sharing sessions. - there should be brainstorming sessions with proper feedback mechanism. There are more things can be apart from these basic things which are fundamentals of sales team building.
