There has to be space for opinions - yes - but there also has to be accountability when it comes to the power dynamics that can exist in most organizations. Flat orgs maybe have a better chance, but its no a guarantee. Saying we have space is different from actually creating the space. If you do it right, the trust and understanding will build from there.
