First of all during making the scheduling of shifts we need to take in consideration the effectiveness of the schedule to save the ( SLA,PCA,Aban,FCR and customer satisfaction) but the manpower satisfaction is necessary to by example if we have 1 slot for off for a given day and we have 2 agents asking for this day we need to check the reason for asking for this day and first priority goes to the most necessary need for the second agent to avoid his frustration we can offer him another day or a shift swap with any of his colleague plus that to keep them positive we must share the reason for accepting other agent request. Having a good team spirit will lead for a smooth scheduling and making sure the forecasted calls and agent are accurate.

To solve team conflict, we should take into consideration fairness, flexibility, and communication while maintaining the solutions and team discussion.? - Firstly, we need to arrange one-on-one meetings with involved team members. So, we can define the root causes to understand their needs. - Consider operational requirements and a forecasted strategy. - find flexible solutions that won't reflect negatively in our forecasted plan, such as shift swapping, break schedules, and urgent requests of team members. - Implement a clear and fair policy that ensures transparency and equal opportunity for all agents for similar cases. - Monitor and adjust based on ongoing feedback to ensure long-term efficiency and commitment.
