Clear roles and responsibilities lay the foundation for a successful agile team. By defining these roles upfront, teams can streamline their workflow and ensure everyone is aligned on tasks, deadlines, and expectations.

At the start of the project let’s have a brainstorming meeting with all team members. All questions/queries should be noted down. Align unanswered questions to respective team who can answer them, provided these questions are part of scope! Everyone should estimate time needed for a task in man-hours. Let’s set priorities against the milestones. Plan a regular sprint, 1-2 week, and add tasks based on priority of completion. People should update on daily basis in-terms of completion/WIP/blocker. Blockers should be addressed on priority. While starting the next sprint, task completion percentage should have increased or maintained.
