The way to motivate your team would be don't put the team member in an artificial environment: they should be free to use whatever tools or resources they're comfortable using. Reward the team members with incentives

Showing appreciation is often overlooked. A simple latte shows that you know they’ll need the energy will spark a bit of joy. Any small benefit, like taking a half day, after completing the goal will show that their dedication needs a break after goals are met.
