For me, I want a mentor that embodies my beliefs and ethics because this creates the foundation. Then I look for that person who has done things that I haven’t or has a set of KSAs that I do not because that’s how I’m looking to grow and challenge myself.

Have you ever been, "In the wrong place, at the wrong time?" Well, consider that if you put yourself in the right place, the right time, will eventually find you. If you frequent places where individuals know things you don't, have had experiences you'd like to have, and they're willing to share some of this information with you (they always are); a really good mentor, will eventually Find You!
