For those in an internship position, my top advice is to remain curious and communicate effectively with all team members and leaders. Analyze data and develop action plans accordingly. I understand it may seem like a lot of work, but trust me, it's worthwhile

Are there any local transportation or supply chain professional organizations ? Seek them out. Make sure you understand your role in the organization. What is your why? Does your organization view logistics suppliers as partners or are they just a cost center and necessary evil? Understand the data as well.
