Alinear objetivos es un factor preponderante a la hora de llevar adelante un proyecto. Es cierto que no todos los integrantes del grupo piensan y actuan de la misma manera pero como lider es importante llevar adelante la tarea de profundizar, hacer conocer y socializar la idea como propuesta de trabajo para que todos esten en linea de conocimiento sobre el proyecto. Considero que las diferencias que cada uno tiene pueden aportar al resto a sumar nuevas miradas en lo que hace al trabajo en equipo permitiendo que cada integrante libremente pueda opinar, sugerir o aportar nuevas miradas sobre el proyecto a desarrollar.

Ciertamente la falta de comunicación muchas y creo que siempre en los tiempos de hoy entorpecen el crecimiento social y laboral de los grupos de trabajo, Hay que fomentar la comunicación diaria y cotidiana en los ámbitos de trabajo, más aún cuando uno lleva adelante proyectos de trabajo. Esto permite optimizar tareas de desarrollo más eficiente ya que cada uno de los integrantes del equipo estan en sintonía y conocimiento del proyecto. Los medios a utlizar hoy son variados y muchos de ellos eficientes en el feedback lo cual considero que el lide tiene una responsabilida muy grande en la etapa de comunicar.

Siempre que se trabajo en proyecto cortos o largo plazo es importante poder hacer una retroalimentación constante de lo que se viene trabajando. Hoy en día en la utilización de las metodologías ágiles esto es norma constante para la revisión de las tareas de cada grupo, esto potencia y alimenta no solo el desarrollo sino también fortalece los vínculos con el resto del grupo. Finalizada cada etapa es bueno poder como lider afianzar los vínculos con una devolución sobre lo trabajado teniendo la mirasa en aquellas cosas positivas que se llevaron adelante por cada uno de los integrantes y visualizar aquellas cosas que podemos mejorar para proyecto próximos a trabajar.
