When leading a team with different levels of analytical skills, alignment is key. To keep everyone on the same page:
How do you bridge the skill gap in your analytical team?

To ensure a team with diverse analytical skills stays aligned, you can: 1. Establish common tools: Use shared platforms for data analysis and reporting to create consistency. 2. Regular training sessions: Conduct workshops to enhance skills and bridge gaps among team members.

The most important aspect of this is ensuring the diversity is encouraged and celebrated. The beauty of having a team with diverse skills is that they can each offer something different. Working out how some of the skills can overlap and fostering working relations will strengthen the dynamic. I don't think teams have to always be on the same page especially if there could be a change in working practices, ideas and approaches. It's mostly about the constructive development of how to navigate the team and give them time and space to share and develop ideas.
