Take decisions offline 7. Send MOM. 8. Track progress in upcoming meetings 9. Incase of lag , rotate or increase people 10. Incase of foreclosure , ask help to priority task inprogress by others rather assigning new.

Architect group should identify best cloud provider, type of DB, normalization and size of the data. 6. Dev can talk on performance and Stored procedure, Txn. 6. Prepare the action items from output of meeting. 7. Very important point is MOM is mandatory that can be share by meeting driver or ask a random individual to capture the points.

Make Sure the invites consist of all the necessary stakeholders and ensure the notification is done in advance itself. 2.If required send the agenda with any reference documents so that everyone is in sync. 3.Join 5 minutes in prior and start the meeting on time. 4.Make sure everyone is heard and given chance instead of stepping on each other. 5.End the meeting on time . 6. Using co pilot option in MS teams generate the talking points and send the MOM to everyone. 7. Record the concerns and action items and follow-up properly until you reach the closure.

In our latest meeting, I dedicated time to reviewing our progress on a major database overhaul. We celebrated completing the data normalization phase, boosting team morale. However, we also addressed roadblocks in the indexing process. Discussing these challenges openly allowed us to realign our priorities and adjust strategies. This is an extra reason to set up and utilize a monitoring stack, which will give you the numbers for slow queries, index utilization, resource usage, etc. First, you use this data to make sure your instance is healthy and operates workloads efficiently. I would like to review a meetings frequency: it seemed to me that daily meetings could have negative impact to team member's concentration on the tasks whereas weekly meetings cause lack of revealed problems attention. So that I will pan to arrange meetings dynamically regarding the team's needs for about three times a week.
