As a Functional Training Coach, I have once trained a group of men & women with the age group ranging from 6 to 60 years. Now when you are dealing with such a group with diverse needs you must keep in mind following few points, 1) Restrict the number of members per group as per your capability as a Trainer/Coach to handle the particular group size 2) Make a mental note of Everyone's Individual Fitness Goal as well as their Medical History to ensure higher success rate while making a workout regime safe for all the participants 3) Have a workout plan ready before the session and modify it on the go as and when needed 4) Never suggest any exercise that you have never tried yourself first 5) Each exercise must have progression and regression
