La correcta diversidad de voces está vinculada con lo bien que hayamos hecho el mapa de stakeholders y la convocatoria a quienes representan y son referentes de cada uno de ellos a través de un diálogo que penetre y llegue hasta donde están quienes conforman el grupo. La forma de demostrar cuánto los valoramos es coCreando proyectos que generen riqueza para cada uno de los grupos involucrados; esto no solo demostrará que los tenemos en cuenta y los escuchamos sino también que el trabajo conjunto los enriquece tanto como a nuestra empresa. Poner en evidencia el valor que persigue cada grupo y cómo lo mejora nuestro vínculo es la mejor forma de avanzar formando parte de una espiral de valor creciente y abarcadora.
