When I joined the team working in Agile, I found many flaws in the process & thinking so I myself indulged in the learning first, did certifications, then mentored the team members to have agile mindset. Slowly improved the processes by hearing out the pain points, timeboxing the ceremonies. Prioritized the work on business value & feasibility. Did all this discussing with the team & taking feedback from them. Empowered the team to take self-decision that added value & increased productivity. So, few of the key traits essentially are Agility, Openness, transparency, active listening, continuous learning, facilitation, collaboration, adaptability, conflict resolution, prioritization, empathy, being result oriented, decision making etc.

From my experience, an agile mindset means being open to change and continuously looking for ways to improve how the team works. It’s about valuing collaboration, listening to team members, and being flexible when things don’t go as planned.
