La Sprint Review y la Sprint Retrospective son los eventos más importantes del marco Scrum, son los espacios donde el equipo obtiene el feedback del usuario para mejorar el producto y es importante que todo el equipo escuche este feedback para tener los distintos puntos de vista de eso que se dice, muchas veces caemos en el error que a la review sólo va el Product Owner o algún representante y no todo el equipo, y esto no siempre es bueno, puesto que el resto del equipo pierde de escuchar el feedback; así mismo la restrospectiva es clave, todo el equipo debe participar activamente escuchando y aportando criticas constructivas que permitan mejorar el proceso e interacción en el equipo, y todos respetar el punto de vista de cada uno.

Take this as a frequent topic on the retrospective and use different ways of structuring the other meetings and methods for estimation. Also, a change of scenery can help. Todos son EL EQUIPO con distintas especialidades, y entre todos deben abordar los desarrollos con sus distintos skills y más bien retro alimentarse entre ellos y buscar de ser perfiles T, perfiles que si bien tienen una especialidad, pueden comprender y colaborar en cualquier otra área/skill que no sea su especialidad y ser colaborativos entre todos...

This is so far the scariest pitfall to be avoided. Scope creep is very easy to happen when the customer asks for more features to be added in the same sprint, budget, and timeline. A very strong process needs to be in place to avoid scope creep. We have a practice where all the changes requested by the customer are routed through the product owner. The product owner makes sure that the changes are documented properly. The project team then works to identify the impact on timeline and budget. This is then communicated with the customer and the changes in scope are incorporated only after formal approval of the customer.

Mantener el alcance en el sprint es el ideal esperado, pero sabemos que puede suceder que el cliente/usuario solicite algún cambio en el transcurso del sprint; esto debemos evitarlo, y si sucede es porque quizas la comunicación previa a la planificación no ha sido clara y deberíamos revisarla, y si ese no es el caso, debemos llamarlo y negociar la planificación actual del sprint frente al nuevo alcance y priorizar que dejamos para luego y qué abordamos ahora, y que quede claro para todas las partes involucradas, es decir, el cliente, el equipo y stakeholders involucrados.

(Scope Creep): Uma das maiores armadilhas em projetos ágeis é o aumento progressivo do escopo sem ajustes adequados de tempo e recursos. Mantenha os requisitos do projeto sob controle, garantindo que mudan?as no escopo sejam justificadas e aprovadas.

Ser transparente é uma miss?o que parece simples, mas ao mesmo tempo requer comunica??o e conex?o com os times. Inevitavelmente, os times sabem que mudan?as e prioridades podem acontecer no decorrer de um projeto. Portanto, os acordos e regras precisam ser construídos em conjunto para que o time se sinta ouvido em todos os momentos. O backlog precisa sempre ser respeitado, havendo sim uma margem de adapta??o em caso de mudan?as n?o planejadas. Por isso, é importante manter o time informado e decidir qual será o limite para que n?o haja tanto abalo que impacte a todos.

Feedback should be timely, feedback can come daily(standup), during a review (sprint review) or retrospective(after the sprint is done). I believe in continuous improvement (personal development or in the business process).

OJO con el exceso de feedback, es cierto, podriamos abrumar o bloquear al equipo, o incluso generarle cierto rechazo o resistencia a la metodología. El feedback debe ser oportuno y que el equipo vea el valor, que lo aprecie y entienda como una ense?anza o una capacitación para mejorar la forma de trabajar, pero repito, debe ser oportuna y asertiva.

N?o negligencie a importancia dos ciclos de feedback. Falhar em implementar ciclos de feedback regulares pode levar a um desalinhamento entre as expectativas dos stakeholders e o trabalho realizado pela equipe. Utilize feedback para adaptar e melhorar continuamente os processos.
