Creative burnout occurs for many reasons, but mainly from my experience because the person in particular does not visualize the activities that wear them out, and does not take action on them. Burnout can always be due to accumulated stress, so what needs to be determined would be the elements that introduce stress to the creative. They can come from the work environment, the amount of work, but normally it is a mix and you also have to take into account their personal relationships, their environment and lifestyle habits. If you identify what are generating stress, you will be able to solve them. Sport, rest, friendship, love or good nutrition are always elements that reduce stress, wherever it comes from.
