Prioritize the task is most effective way . focus on those task which have immediate deadline. When we talk about involving the new technology then we should first learn that tech and then after start implementing that tech.

Unless they are dependent on each other, prioritize them in the order of dependency other wise make it clear to stake holders and discuss in standups what's to be done first or if the manangement want to change the priority of something to be urgent or de prioritize something, work it out with clear communication not just randomly
