Regular collaboration with stakeholders ensures that we prioritise tasks that address urgent user needs while also laying the groundwork for future enhancements. This approach fosters a balanced design process that keeps the end-user in mind.

Founders typically struggle balancing a very short term need, vs a long term business vision. Our job as product designers is aligning the backlog and the team to push hard on the right elements for the short term, while keeping the long term in consideration. What happens here is that usually you need to break a few things to make the product work for a very short term need, and then re-work for the long term vision. So some aspects will be recycled or rebuilt. Example: you're working on an MVP that has certain goals and visions for the next 4-6 months. But the founders need a 0.1 version of it for an upcoming series of events in 4 weeks. You can definitely break some rules here and build stuff that might eventually be discarded.
