First schedule all your personal life commitments on a Calendar , Be it shopping or playing with kids , any damn thing , Allocate time & space in your calendar then Use a Calendar & schedule all your appointments based on your availability after prioritizing what's most important in your life This strategy has given me time & space & has saved me from Stress & Burnout as I have already set my day based on my needs

I’ve dealt with conflicting client demands before, and setting boundaries has been crucial. I’ve learned to communicate openly about timelines and what’s realistically achievable, which helps manage expectations. Outside of work, I make sure to carve out non-negotiable time for myself—whether it's an evening walk or a meal without distractions. It keeps me grounded even when work gets hectic.
