If the demand is conflicting from any of the above it's important to communicate openly and clearly with the client and in most cases documented. 3. Pls check on the deliverables once aligned and prioritise. 4. Assign the deliverables with the correct timelines and manage expectations both internal and external. 5. Create an SOP if this is becoming a habit from the client and get a signoff.
