In my experience it is good to answer about common weakness on yourself and mention that you are working on it which shows that you are self aware and love progress which makes you better every day

I would frame the answer in a way that demonstrates self-awareness and a commitment to self-improvement. One weakness I've been actively improving is procrastination with large tasks. To overcome it, I break projects into smaller tasks with deadlines, use time management tools like time-blocking, and prioritize tasks based on importance. These efforts have made me more efficient and productive.

In all my years of customer service i’ve noticed that I struggle with wanting to help everyone at once. I overload myself with tasks because I don’t like to feel like I’m being a burden to others. Delegating is something I need to work on but I like to say that good leadership is those people who get down and do the same job as their employees. I’m also very grateful for the opportunity to help others and I think that I have made a lot of progress and I have a lot of potential to grow in the future. Some ways that Im currently working on is talking to my close friends who I know and have been working with me. You can compare your weakness through examples. I always answer this question this way, because all organisations are different, my strength in sales management may be a "weakness" in another. In sales almost every sales person is a "jack of all trades", but when you work in a hospital this strength will be a health and safety issue for patients. Let the panel know you have a "weakness" which aligns with the values of the organisation. For example you enjoy working in your own space which is suitable in an IT role but not in sales or DJ roles. You have to redefine your strengths and weaknesses when you are moving out of your comfort zone.

An example of this would be that I was given multiple tasks to complete and I didn’t meet the deadline which led to a unsatisfied customer. Luckily, the issue was resolved and one of my colleagues was able to take care of it. I took ownership of the mistake and Now, if I have too much on my plate, I ask for help with my work. I make sure to do my follow ups as well as write things down to help me stay organized.

Do not select a weakness just because it sounds good and normal, be aware of the job requirements and competencies required to perform them. Employers will want to establish that employees are responsible for making good judgment and well-informed decisions. Through observation, I have learned that my weakness is being too busy with meeting deadlines and perfection; this is accompanied by being too detailed and struggling to maintain a work-life balance. For example in scenarios of a persistent heavy workload, creating time to engage with my personal life becomes difficult. This is an area an employee may want to improve through practicing time management, a sense of purpose, continuous learning, and building on difference.

Choose a genuine weakness that you have identified and have been actively working on improving. This shows self-awareness, a willingness to acknowledge areas for growth, and a proactive approach to self-improvement.

The main objective of responding to such questions is precisely not sounding neither insecure or weak but showcasing emotional intelligence. There's always room for improvement and acknowledging that, is one of the keys for self awareness. We all have both strengths and, as I like to call them 'challenges' instead of weaknesses. It's our responsibility to address them in order to excel in a working environment and convey trust.

Si bien puede parecer razonable y honesto mencionar una debilidad sería una buena opción aceptar x una parte que uno posee debilidades que debe atender e intentar mejorar y que las mismas se presentarán durante la realización del trabajo y dependiendo seguramente del la conformación del equipo del cual forme parte.

Nuestras debilidades son nuestras mayores fortalezas, porque al reconocer las debilidades e identificarlas podemos lograr mejorar cada vez y demostrar que cuando uno tiene ganas de avanzar y fortalecer sus conocimientos a través de cualquier debilidad se llega al exito personal y grupal
