First, you have to contact the vendor of that machinery before it is shipped to your company about the specifications, power, and speed requirements if they are compatible with your current process and operations, and if within an acceptable range of deviation, it can function optimally. Second, the operators need to be trained on how to use the machinery with ease and efficiency. An In-House Senior leader can train other junior employees in this case or the training can be outsourced if the need arises. Third, implement intelligent monitoring system to get real-time data
